Brandon Liggett has been a serial entrepreneur since he began his professional career at the age of 18. Brandon has created and managed several start-up companies including a single-family residential rental business, a moving and storage company, and a commercial storm damage restoration firm.
At Infill Communities, Brandon oversees sourcing new acquisition opportunities and joint venture partnerships.
A self proclaimed workaholic, Brandon rarely pulls himself away of pursuing real estate opportunities. When he does, he enjoys good coffee, live music, and traveling.
Brandon has also held a real estate sales license in Tennessee.

Thomas cut his teeth in real estate after graduating college and landing an entry level position in Asset Management, focusing on default servicing. After rising through the ranks and managing a team of asset managers, Thomas decided to make the move back to Chattanooga where he worked as a Sr. Investment Associate with one of the most active hospitality developers in the United States. After spending several years gaining valuable experience, Thomas went out on his own to focus on innovative infill development opportunities.
At Infill Communities, Thomas oversees project development activities.
When not doing all things real estate, Thomas enjoys spending time with his family, travels out west, fly fishing, taking out the RV, and watching various sports (go vols, mocs, and cfc!). Thomas serves on the board for Partnership for Families, Children, and Adults.
Thomas holds a B.S. from University of Tennessee - Chattanooga and M.B.A. from Georgia State University. He also maintains a real estate license in Tennessee and Georgia.

As a native of Chattanooga TN, Jen gained her passion for development by witnessing the remarkable growth the city has accomplished in her own lifetime. She started her career as the Partnership and Program Coordinator for Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise, a local community development and housing organization. Following two years with the organization, she took a position as Project Manager with Chattanooga Whiskey Company-- a fast growing, startup distillery, quickly gaining national attention by bringing an age-old industry back to Chattanooga. Prior to joining Infill Communities, she spent the last four years working for a national commercial real estate, development and construction company managing development activities from site conception through construction.
Jen gained her undergraduate degree from Covenant College and graduated with a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga.
In her spare time, Jen enjoys traveling, sailing, spending time with her loved ones and her dog, and most recently learned to play the mandolin. Jen also serves on the board of Lookout Mountain Conservancy on their Land Acquisition and Land Management Committee.
